- To refine your image, you can select our auto-enhance option while adding the photo to your design. Auto enhance can improve the exposure and contrast of photos but is not recommended for professional or retouched photos.
- If you need additional adjustments to your photo, and your item is eligible to receive a digital proof, leave a Design Request for our in-house designers who can assist with photo edits during the proofing process. Please note that due to high seasonal demand, we have a time limit for photo edits on your initial proof.
- Make sure to select Full Service Proofing at checkout to ensure our in-house designers will see your note. Though you won’t see your request reflected on the preview page while placing your order, our designers will include your requests with your digital proof, available in your Minted account within 1-2 days after placing your order.
To leave a Design Request:
- Choose your favorite design.
- Select Personalize.
- Select Design Requests.
- Leave a detailed note in the text box.
- Select Save.
- Click Next until you reach the Review Your Card page.
- Under Select Proofing Process, choose Full Service Proofing.
- Select Add To Cart, then complete the checkout process.
- You’ll see your Design Requests reflected in your digital proof, which will become available in your Minted account within 1-2 days after placing your order.
